Meeting a family for a newborn photo session is such a fun time. Mom, Dad, older siblings, and sometimes, even a family pet greet me with open arms! This family was no exception. Little Elijah is the youngest of four siblings, and you could tell right away just how much he was loved. Read more below about this Jacksonville newborn photography session .
Jacksonville Newborn Photography | Elijah
When I arrived at Elijah's home, I was warmly greeted by his parents. They were so welcoming and very excited for his first newborn photo session! I also met his three older siblings, and they were as sweet as can be. They weren't quite sure what to think of everything at first, but they watched intently as I set up my blankets, beanbag, and giant light for the photographs. I explained to them what each item was used for, so they could start to become a little more comfortable with this strange person in their home. While I was setting up, they were even great helpers! Once we got to know each other, they were all smiles and ready to smile for some photos! They were so proud of their new little brother! These kids were some of the most well behaved and polite children I have encountered!
We started off with the usual routine; family photographs; siblings and baby; then finished with Elijah all by himself. (There were a few milk breaks in there too, of course!) This little guy was an amazing little participant, and gave us a really beautiful gallery of images. I love it when we are able to get a wide variety of colors and props for the parents to choose from. These moments are so fleeting, and I am honored to be able to capture them for the family.
